Returns, Exchanges & Refunds with Nicky Nicole
We value our customers and expect them to be pleased and satisfied with the products we sell and the service we provide. If at any time in the next 30 days you are not satisfied, you may send your purchase back for an exchange or refund. Please call us toll free at (866) 966-2766 if you have a question about a product or a gift you have received that you would like to exchange. If you need to leave us a message, please make sure to include your daytime phone number with area code so that we can get right back to you.
To return your item for a refund or exchange, please securely repack your item(s) in the shipping box and materials it came in along with the return form included. If you have selected to exchange an item for another item at Nicky Nicole, please note that on the return form. Exchanges will be processed after the return is received at our store.
In the unlikely event that we've made an error with your order or a product is defective, please call us immediately so that we can make it right! In cases of defective merchandise, we may be able to have a replacement shipped direct from the vendor, so it's important that you contact us first before returning it.
We regret we cannot refund delivery charges for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with an exchange for personal preference. If you are exchanging due to a quality issue, we will gladly cover the shipping cost to send you a new item after you call us at (866) 966-2766.

Refunds
Credit Card refunds will be reflected on your billing statement within one billing cycle. The purchase price of the item will be credited back to your original method of payment.
